Winter Open 2027 — Registration for international clubs

Your club

You will fill in your club details, the teams you are entering, and everyone travelling with you. Athlete lists can be pasted straight from your own spreadsheet, and the fees add up as you go, so you always see what the registration costs.

When you are done, you download one file and email it to winteropen@ecteagles.no. Nothing is sent anywhere while you type, and your work is saved as you go, so you do not have to finish in one sitting.

Registration closes 20 December 2026. Participants, T‑shirts and lunch can be changed until 24 January 2027.

A competition team may have up to 24 athletes and 5 substitutes. Groupstunt, partnerstunt and doubles have no limit here.

Athletes, coaches and team leaders

Everyone travelling with you goes in one list. Put the team numbers from the previous step in the last column, separated by commas, if someone belongs to more than one team.

Paste from your own spreadsheet

Copy the cells straight out of Excel and paste them here. Column order: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, T‑shirt size, role, team numbers. A header row is ignored.

T‑shirts are included for athletes and substitutes only, so the size column is closed for coaches and team leaders.

Lunch and shirts

Lunch is optional and costs €7 per pack. T‑shirt sizes are counted from your list, so there is nothing to type twice.

Order per day. Everything we serve is nut free. Anyone with allergies beyond gluten should bring their own food.

T‑shirts

One shirt per athlete and substitute, included in the participant fee. Coaches and team leaders do not get a shirt.

Fees

Amounts are in euro and match the Norwegian fee schedule at the exchange rate when registration opened. Registration is binding and the invoice is sent once registration closes. Late registrations are charged an additional fee.

I know the registration and payment deadlines, I understand that registration is binding and that late registrations are charged extra, and our coaches have read the rules and regulations for this competition.

Keep the file you download. You can change participants, T‑shirts and lunch until 24 January 2027: open the saved file at the top of step 1, edit, export again and send us the new version.
